2. Delivery Times

2.1. Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

2.2. Estimated Transit Times

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Note: These times are estimates and may vary depending on peak periods (sales, holiday season), weather conditions, or customs procedures for international deliveries.

3. Shipping Carriers

To ensure fast and secure delivery of your orders, we work with trusted international carriers:

  • Chronopost
  • Colissimo

The carrier is selected by KAYLA based on destination and availability to ensure the best possible service.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • Your tracking number
  • A direct link to the carrier’s tracking page

You can track your package in real-time until delivery.

5. Customs Duties and Import Taxes

⚠️ Important for deliveries outside the European Union:

For orders shipped to countries outside the European Union (Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Middle East, Asia, etc.), customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees may apply.

These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are payable upon receipt of the package to the carrier or local customs authorities.

KAYLA has no control over these fees and cannot estimate them in advance. We recommend contacting your local customs authorities before placing your order.

6. Delivery Address

Please ensure that the delivery address provided with your order is complete and accurate, including:

  • Recipient’s full name
  • Street number and name
  • Postal code and city
  • Country
  • Phone number (for the carrier)
  • Delivery instructions (if applicable)

KAYLA cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

7. Delivery Issues

7.1. Damaged Package

If your package arrives damaged, please:

  • Take photos of the package and contents
  • Report the damage to the carrier upon delivery if possible
  • Contact us within 48 hours of receipt with the photos

7.2. Lost or Unreceived Package

If your package does not arrive within the indicated timeframe, contact us with your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier.

7.3. Failed Delivery

If you are absent during delivery, the carrier will typically make another attempt or leave the package at a pickup point. Check the delivery notice or your package tracking for more information.
