However, if you change your mind, we have a simple return policy that complies with French legislation. <\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"delai-legal-de-retractation\">Legal cooling-off period<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In accordance with articles <strong>L.221-18 to L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code<\/strong>, you have a <strong>period of 14 calendar days<\/strong> from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, <strong>without having to give any reason or pay any penalty<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"conditions-de-retour\">Return conditions<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To be eligible for a return :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The item must be <strong>unworn, unused and in perfect condition<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It must be returned in its <strong>original packaging<\/strong>, with all labels intact.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Personalized or custom-made<\/strong> products (made to order) <strong>cannot be returned<\/strong>, in accordance with article <strong>L.221-28-3\u00b0<\/strong> of the French Consumer Code.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"procedure-de-retour\">Return procedure<\/h3>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Contact us via our contact form or by e-mail at <strong><a>contact@kaylaparis.com<\/a><\/strong> to notify us of your return request.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We will send you the return address and a form to include in the package.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Return the product within <strong>14 days of notification of<\/strong> your wish to cancel.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>You are responsible for return shipping costs<\/strong>, except in the event of an error on our part or if the product is defective upon receipt.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"remboursement\">Refund<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once the product has been received and checked, we will refund the amount of the returned item (excluding initial delivery costs) <strong>within 7 working days<\/strong>, using the same method of payment you used at the time of purchase.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"produit-defectueux-ou-erreur-de-commande\">Defective product or ordering error<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you notice a defect or an error in your order (non-conforming product), please contact us <strong>within 48 hours<\/strong> of receiving your package.
